Yes that is what we call it. Remember when you wanted to change from 2x per week to 3? Then unlimited? Pretty soon you have coaches telling you to take rest days. Do you find yourself browing CrossFit websites, watching videos, and shopping for cool gear? These are all signs that you are infected.

Saturday Strength/Skill Work: Find your 1 Rep Max Front Squat. If your front rack positioning is poor, find your 1 Rep Max Back Squat. During this period find time to perform 3 sets of max rep Dead Hang Pull-ups and 3 sets of max rep KTE.
