Here’s your chance to put your creative skills to work. You have until the end of Friday to create a WOD for CFVP. Please e-mail our info address with your masterpiece. Please keep them under a 20 minute estimated time frame. We will pick our three  favorites and you will go down in CrossFit history by having it named after you.
