Petey Chances are he just PR'd Fran,or perhaps some dead-hang pull-ups or realized some other goal he had not previously mastered. Goal setting is another important element of fitness. Without setting goals we tend to just "go through the motions" and our training becomes less effective. Use your Success Journals, write down your progress, see the change on paper as well as your physique. Then see the smile on your face!

    I'm smiling because pulling around that big monster kettle bell with my sister at the gym made me strong enough to go rock climbing & chew on bones!
    My next goal is to pull that big monster kettle bell around on my own & eat more bones!
