We've often used this video to show individuals some critical points to Olympic Weightlifting. Tracy Fober did an excellent job with this video. Observe bar path highlighted with the colored lines. They will often show the difference between a missed and successful lift. We worked on "first pulls" last week. Remember your set-up and the need to have the bar come slightly in to the low hang position. This will set you up for an optimal power or jumping position.

    Love how it shows the line of travel. Small differences make the difference between success and failure. Coaches, I want to learn to do the back flip like the big guy at 4:40. Haha new goal!!
