We're only one week away from the Heart of America CrossFit Challenge. There will be 32 teams from several states battling for the cup. Valley Park is sending 4 teams. If you've never been to a CrossFit Competition, this is a chance for you to see the "sport of fitness." Come and cheer us on.

Saturday Strength/Skill Work: Push Press 4 x 5, 4 x 1. This sequence will have the athlete perform 5 push presses, then immediately add #20 for 1 rep. Alternate with Weighted Step-ups 4 x 8 each leg.
