Well there's a slight improvement on the video quality. This is from the Saturday crew taking on "The Renegade." Don't worry. Everyone will get to sample this WOD.

Wednesday Strength/Skill Work: Skin the Cat progressions. Alternate with Front Squats 5 sets of 3. Keep the weight fairly light and work on a solid rack position. After your 3rd rep of each set, attempt one jerk.
