Wednesday Strength/Skill Work: Split Jerk technique. Alternate with Single Leg Straight Leg Deadlift 5 x 8 each leg.


-4 Rounds. Rest periods of 1 minute, 45 seconds, and 30 seconds.

-10 Ring Dips (sub push-ups)

-15 DB Thrusters

-20 DB Lunges
