Well the demand is here so we'll be adding some Olympic lifting to our class programming. Beginning next week we will have "Hybrid" classes Monday and Tuesday nights from 6-7:30 p.m. These classes will include some strength/skill work as well as drills to get you familiar with Olympic Lifting. We will use dowels, dumbbells, and barbells to begin teaching the lifts. Although the concept seems simple enough, it is technically very difficult to learn. These movements are also very rewarding. It is critical to note that your flexibility will play a huge role in your success. If you don't stretch after class and on off days, start getting it done! We look forward to the new programming.
