CFVP would like to welcome Ben Hotop. Ben has been with us for about a month. He's doing great with CrossFit. We worked on Handstand push-ups today and Ben managed to get 2 full reps to the floor. There is no question he's one strong athlete. Welcome to CFVP Ben and great job.
Our next post will be on numbers. We will talk about the importance of numbers as they apply to CrossFit. If you are not keeping them, get used to the idea. Accept it. Embrace it because it will be mandatory. Before you let out that big sigh, think about this. Are you willing to spend 2-3 minutes each workout to track your progress?
