We're doing something a little different on Saturday, the 9th of October. Movie Night! We're setting it up. Bring your own lawn chair, food, and drink. The grills will be going if you want to cook. We'll start the festivities at 5 p.m. The movie will start at 7 p.m.

Thursday Strength/Skill Work: OH Press/Push Jerk 5 X 5 X 2. Alternate with lateral lunges 5 X 6 each leg.
