CFVP wants to give a big shout out to our members who tackled the first 2011 CrossFit Games Sectional workout. Jake Howard, David Cornthwaite, Cory Beurck, Chris Schwab, Tonya Charland, Melissa Hurley, Margaret Junker, and Stephanie Teague all did great. Remember these are "open" workouts that anyone can try. We'd love to see more of our members registering.
Friday Strength/Skill Work: Warm up to include kipping technique. Barbell Step-ups 5 x 8 each leg. Alternate with weighted push-up/push up 5 x 10.
