Wednesday Strength/Skill Work: Single Leg Straight Leg Deadlift 5 x 8 each leg. Alternate with Kettlebell Floor Presses 5 X 8 each arm. Sometime during your work, do 1 set of max rep pull-ups and 1 set of max rep ring dips, minus the kip!

    Steph, I almost got sick just seeing that link. I'd rather walk on hot coals. hah. Really, it is a great challenge and I hope some of our members decide to do it. Thanks for putting that up!
