Wednesday Strength/Skill Work: Front Squat 6 x 2. After the first set of squats you will do a push-up pyramid with a parnter…10 down to 1. While your partner is working, you should try and maintain the push-up plank. On the 3rd set, do a sit-up pyramid. While your partner is working, hold a 45 degree incline. On the 5th set, do a bodyweight squat pyramid. While your partner is working, hold a parallel squat position. Between the 2nd, 4th, and 6th set, work a hip mobility stretch.
