Quick highlights from the North Central Regionals – video [wmv] [mov]

Wednesday Strength/Skill Work: Front Squat 6 X 3. Dead Hang Pull-up 6 X 3 (weighted if needed).  Between each and every set of squats, work a leg/hip stretch. Between each and every set of pull-ups, work a shoulder/lat stretch. The point is to work on mobility instead of just waiting for your next set.
