Individual Competition

Wednesday Strength/Skill Work: 5 sets of Dumbbell Thrusters. Use a slower controlled motion and avoid "jumping" to complete the reps. Rest exactly 2 minutes between sets. Then 5 sets of slow push-ups. Take a 3 count down and 1 count up. Shoot for 12-15 reps with exactly 2 minutes rest between sets.
