OH Press 5 x 3
-3 Second negative eccentric each rep
-After your 5th set drop to 50% 1RM and do AMRAP one set
Jacknife plate slides and Weighted Plank
-Do 3-4 sets of each alternating with your presses
100 Floor Presses
-Each time you must break, perform 20 Walking Lunges
-The bar can ONLY rest at lockout, not with arms on the floor. They are touch and go.
