-each rep is RDL and a bent row at the bottom
Deadlift 4 x 4
-You can pick a conventional stance or sumo stance
Turkish Get-up with a bonus
4 x 1 EACH arm, using as much weight as you can
-Each rep is 5 one arm floor press, then complete the Turkish get up, do 5 OH Presses, then reverse the TGU.
