We'd like to welcome two new members. Dan Bourzikas and Rob Lamear are great guys doing well with CrossFit. Keep working hard.

Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Deadlift 4 x 15. The goal of the high rep scheme is to work on postural positioning throughout each set.  "Feel" is something that takes time to develop. Alternate with ring  supports and/or L-sits for time. Work on depressing the shoulders and traps.

    Welcome! I did that kettlebell run……walk this morning……YUCK YUCK YUCK would take thrusters and burpees over that anyday
