We had a big class tonight and lots of cool things happening. I need to hire a photographer! I noticed many of the ladies working on their kipping and it's starting to happen. Kara Funk and Jen Shaw seem to be putting some together. Monica Kunkel and Melissa Kron have a nice kip going and seem to be "oh so close." Monica was getting front squats with two…yes two 35 lb. Kettlebells. Keep working hard ladies. I also noticed Mike Edwards stringing pull-ups together. Mike Shaw gets chest to bar pull-ups easily. Dan Furnas was looking seriously strong on front squats.
This goes out to everyone. Progess may come in leaps and bounds but mostly, it's baby steps. As we achieve higher levels the incriments become smaller and often they are missed. We see it! Looking around the gym tonight it was great to see people moving around with strength, focus, and confidence. You should all be very proud of your accomplishments.
