Our revised class schedule starts next week. As always, we appreciate and use any feedback so feel free to suggest preferences. Our first Olympic Lifting Class is this Saturday. If you don't own a pair of lifting shoes it may be time to put it on Santa's list.

    Um, that's a 165lb kettlebell, just so you're all aware. And that was my 50th rep. And I was ill. And there was a baby crying in the background. VERY difficult lift! 🙂
