Want to become a better runner? With an upcoming Running Certification, CrossFit Valley Park will be initiating training in running technique. This is an often overlooked skill. Our goal is to make you more efficient runners, saving the ballistic impact on your joints. Look for upcoming events!

Thursday Strength/Skill Work: Back Squat 5 X 12. Make small increment weight adjustments and allow only 1 minute in between sets. This is an endurance protocol so if you are partnered up, you will have to move quickly to change weights. After squats, work on gymnastic skills!
