Don't forget our weekly challenge starts tomorrow. This week you will have Monday through Friday to complete your attempt. There is a prize on the line this week for the top male and female. May the word "Tabata" bring soothing thoughts and good luck.

Monday Strength/Skill Work: Dumbbell warm-up to include cleans, snatches, jerks, etc. Tempo Back Squat 3 x 15. Grab a partner and start squatting using about 30-40% of your 1RM. Perform 5 squats and pause in a half squat for 10 seconds for 3 sequences. Alternate with Ring Dips/Ring Push-ups. 5 x max reps.
