Avoiding what you are not good at is a huge training mistake. It is a natural tendency to particpate in activities you do well. While you need to keep up with all skills, continuing to pracite your weaknesses will do more for your fitness. Take the difficult and work towards making it easy! You will have a greater sense of accomplishment.
