Great work today everyone. We had lots of progress with the OH Squat, pull-ups, and Turkish Get-ups. The foundations classes are going very well and the new athletes are catching on quickly. They did awesome on their first 2K Row. Our evening class had their hands full with a heavy Kettlebell WOD and they killed it! Great day.
Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: OH Press/Push Press Combo. Once warmed up, move from the press straight into the push press on each set. 5 X 5 OH press/3 Push Press. Alternate with KTE and/or pistol practice.
