Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Ring push ups/Ring dips alternating with KTE. 3 sets of each. Then pull-ups/kipping pull-ups alternating with good mornings. 3 sets of each. For those of you participating in the Next Level Challenge, use your 2nd set of pull-ups as your benchmark number.
