Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Behind the Neck Push Press/OH Squat. 5 sets of 3. Do 3 push presses, then 3 OH Squats without racking the bar. Use your wide grip on both movements.  Alternate with Windmills 5 X 5 each side.

Weightlifting: Intro to the power snatch.
