Bench or floor press 5 x 10. After each set 1 minute plank or weighted plank

Gymnastics skill of choice 5 sets. After each set 10 V-ups or Ab-mat sit-ups

WOD

12 minute time cap, 3 rounds

10 Thrusters, 10 TTB or V-up, 250 Meter Farmers Carry (1 KB #70/#53)

Thruster weight goes up #10 each round. Rx weight starts at #115/#73
