-Option 1: Work towards a 3 RM
-Option 2: 5 x 3 at 85% 1RM
Negative Pull-ups/Body Rows
-4 x 3-5 for athletes learning to get a pull-up. Use a partner for assisted negatives.
-4 x ME for athletes who have pull-ups. 3 Count negative.
-If you are not ready for any kind of pull-up you can do body rows with 3 count negative.
-7 Toe to Bar
