Single Arm Sots Press or OH Press
5 x 5 each arm
-After each set perform Windmills 3 on each side
-These should be slow with a focus on range of motion
30′ Bear crawl (1,2,3,4,5,…)
Incremental every 2 minutes until caught. If caught under ten minutes “Take a lap”
