-Good morning technique
-OH Squat Mobility Work

4 x 6 (attempt to use 35-40% of your deadlift weight but always adjust for difficulty)

Push-ups/Ring Push-ups
4 x 8 (increase difficulty is 8 is too easy)

Russian twists
4 x 8 each side
then
WOD
10 min AMRAP
3-Thrusters 95/65
3-TTB
6-Thrusters
6-TTB
9-Thrusters
9-TTB
12-15-18-etc.
