-5 minutes to find Max Front squat to OH (Any combination of movements….thruster, push press, jerk, etc. in one attempt)

-2 minutes Max Pull-ups

-2 minutes Max Barbell Burpees

Prescribed Division

-6 minute AMRAP

-6 KB Thruster Right arm (#53, #35)

-6 KB Thruster Left arm

-6 CTB Pull-ups
