Time to recover

It's been a slow week this week. It's understandable  and justifiable. All the competitors trained very hard, and worked very hard in the competition itself. So it's good to give the body a well deserved rest. Come back stronger physically and mentally.

 What's your next goal? Did you discover a weakness you want to turn into a strength? It's time to get back at it. Train even harder if you can. Work on those weaknesses (we all have them). Prepare even better for the next event, or your own personal goals!
