    So some of these Hero WODs look interesting, but was wondering how you scale a muscle-up? And as for handstand pushups, I guess you could substitute OH press for that?

    Mike D, Very well said. Mike E always has a smile for everyone. Brian, you could do a muscle up transition exercise to sub. For the HSPU in your case, I would just use Ab Mats to modify depth.
