Workout of the Day
Warm up to include OH Squat technique
then
OH Squat 5 x 5
-If you having trouble with mobility sub OH Lunges 5 x 5 each leg
alternate
Core Complex
-Get in 2 sets of each during your strength work
-Plate Slides 2 x 8
-Weighted Sit-up 2 x 8
-Russian Twist 2 x 8 each side
-Strict TTB or V-up 2 x Max Effort
then
WOD
10 Minute Time Cap
3 Burpees on the top of each minute. In the remaining time work to complete:
40 Wall Ball
30 TTB or V-up
20 Front Squat (sub DB’s if needed)
10 Push Press/Jerk
