Front Squat 5 x 3
-Pause in bottom for 3 seconds each rep.
-After your 5th set, go to 50% 1 RM Back Squat. 20 Reps
One or Two Gymnastic skill of choice
-Work 3-4 sets of each
8 Minute AMRAP
Buy-in 3 Rounds: 30 KB Swings, 20 Goblet Squats, 10 Burpees
Remaining Time AMRAP: Power Clean and Jerk (sub DB’s)
