Workout of the Day
Back Squat 5 x 6 @ 8 RPE
-Warm up to working weight and do all 5 sets with that weight.
-8 RPE should feel like you had 2-3 more repetitions left on each set with max effort.
-After each set of squats perform 8 lateral lunges working on mobility
Alternate
Pull-ups/Partner assisted negatives
5 x max effort up to 5 repetitions. If you can do more than 5, add weight
-After your last repetition without releasing from the bar, do 3 slow scapula retractions
