10-hollow rocks
5-scap retractions
then
strict wt’d pull ups 5 x 6 or muscle ups 5 x ME
alternate with DB snatch practice
then
WOD
2 Rounds 8 DB Snatch (4 each arm), 8 DB Thruster (4 each arm), 40 Double unders
Run 800 Meters
2 Rounds 8 DB Snatch (4 each arm), 8 DB Overhead Lunge (4 each leg), 40 Double unders
