Theres's been alot of questions on our new "Foundations" class. The Foundations class will help new athletes gain a base level of strength, movement, and conditioning. This will prepare them for more complex movement, heavier loads, and faster pace of the other classes. The classes will focus on very precise movement, techniqe, mobility, and flexibility. However, these are the very things that some experienced athletes can benefit from as well. If you are struggling on an exercise this is the time to come in and get some specific coaching. As always, we will be able structure things according to each individual's abilities.

Friday Strength/Skill Work: Dead Hang Pull-ups, Ring Dips/Ring Push-ups.  Alternate with pistol variations.
