Row Run

Dan and steph

The Row/Run Challenge was a big hit. Congrats to Dan Furnas and Stephanie Teague for pulling out the win! Great job everyone!

Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Back Squat 5 X 5 alternating with Ring Dips/Ring push-ups. In between each couplet do one set of max reps. toe to bar. Try to perform them strict with no kipping.

    Thanks guys – Dan was a great partner – who knew he had such speed! Great effort by everyone and apparently so much fun we got to run again today:)

    Stephanie was definitely the "ringer" on the team. If she didn't keep pounding out those spurts of 500m row, the results may have been different. Nice work…partner!!! Alex and Jennifer were amazing on the rower. Luckily, we had a nice lead from the run or they would have caught us. Good thing is wasn't a 6k meter row!

    I think you all looked awesome! That rower combined with sprinting/running……let's just face it—- yuck! Way to gut it out everyone!

    One more thing. I want to give kuddos to my partner Corey! He rocks! The guy got in at 3:00 a.m., had to deal with my poor running, and still managed to crank out an awesome run and row!
