The results from the 2011 CrossFit Games Sectional workout #1 are final. The performances of all who participated were nothing short of incredible. Our CrossFit Valley Park team ranks 10th in the region among 47 teams and 64th out of 786 teams in the world. Awesome job everyone.

Tuesday Strength/Skill Work: Deadlift 5 x 3. After each set of deadlifts attempt 1 L-sit for time. Move to weighted sit-ups 3 sets of 10-12 reps.
