Ladies Night 

The ladies did it again. They showed up ready to throwdown. Our second Ladies Night went great. They battled against a very hard partner WOD that took an average of 30 minutes. But we do have one question. Where was the food this time? Great job ladies. You're all such an inspiration.

Monday Strength/Skill Work: Gymnastics warm up. Good Mornings 5 x 5. Alternate with Behind the Neck Press 5 x 8.

W.O.D.

1. 12-10-8-6-4-2   Squat Clean/Strict Pull-up.

2. 12-10-8-6-4-2   Back Squat/Push-up.

    Awesome job to all the ladies that participated on Friday, it was a difficult WOD but a ton of fun. HEY…..I brought pinapple, isn't that enough. LOL

  3. Thanks for doing the ladies nights guys, I think we all enjoy a night out of the house working out with our girlfriends. I hope we keep doing this and hopefully all the CFVP ladies will be able to make it at some point. BTW – plenty of tshirts left to buy – they will be for sale on the shirt rack.
