The Affiliate Team is training hard getting ready for the trip to Carson, California. We had a great Trivia night and a big thanks goes out to everyone who worked so hard to make this happen. Thanks to everyone who came out to support CrossFit Valley Park. There were so many donations to help us make this happen. It was really neat to see so many people chip in and we are forever grateful!
