2010 CrossFit Games

has been announced!

Monday Strength/Skill Work: OH Squat 5 X 3. Alternate with behind the neck Push Press 5 X 3. Attempt to use the same weight as the OH Squat and use a wide grip. Remember to be accurate in receiving the bar and bend to "absorb" the impact.

-4 rounds with 2 minutes rest between rounds

-Row 300 meters, 10 touch shuttle run. (30 ft.)

-Each round is a MAX effort.
