1 min hollow rocks
Back Squat 4 x 10
Muscle ups/strict pull ups/Negative pull-ups/Body Rows 4 x ME
3 Burpees on the top of each minute.
In remaining time work to complete:
30 Behind the Neck Push Press
20 OH Squat or Back Squat
10 Bear Crawls (30 ft. Do burpees wherever you stop on each bear crawl)
