-Practice each movement.
-Max Effort: Grab a Partner and perform 60 Perfect Push-ups. Modify depth as needed.
Bar Position for Front Rack applied to:
1. OH Press
2. Push Press
3. Front Squat
-Practice each movement
-Grab a partner and perform 60 Perfect Push Presses, alternating in 5’s

80 Walking Lunges, Sprint remaining 400 back to starting line
