A little teamwork goes a long way. Saturday our members got to chip away at a tough workout. Teams worked together to complete 5000 meters on the rower, 400 overhead lunges, and 500 sit-ups. Each athlete got to work for 2 minutes on each station until they rotated. We had some really close races. Great job everyone!
Friday night, July 31st is our 2nd "Bring a Friend" Friday. We will start at 6 p.m. and post a couple different WOD's. Feel free to bring food and beverage.
