Those of you who attended our New Year's seminar were given a homework assignment concerning goals and how to achieve them. Once you complete them, make a copy and schedule a meeting with one of our trainers. We will evaluate your plan for success.
A new year brings endless possibilities. As we ask for more commitment from you, we will also do more to help you. We are beginning with individual meetings to discuss your goals. Each of you will then receive a "SUCCESS JOURNAL." Accepting this means signing on the dotted line. You are signing a contract to help yourself. You are making promises to yourself and to us. With that in mind, you don't have to accept this journal. If you have no interest in keeping track of your progress, that is ok. It is recommended but optional. Remember the road to success must be traveled. How you get there is up to you.
Orie Shafer sent me a good article on nutrition: Marks Daily Apple . It is odd the one aspect of health and fitness that seems the most complicated is actually the most simple. Nutrition. As we move into the new year, keep this part of your life SIMPLE! Base your diet around whole natural foods. Meats, fish, non-starchy vegetables, fruits, and good fats should make up the bulk of your diet. Remember; if what you are about to put in your mouth doesn't grow, chances are it is not very good for you.
