The Strongfit class is for CrossFit-specific athletes and will plug into regular training methods or programs of CrossFit. The intent is to reduce shoulder, low back, knee and hip problems that have become commonplace among CrossFit athletes.

The class promotes balance and health as a priority, creating the mind-muscle connection, and building the most optimally-performing human.  You will see the majority of the strength work done through carries, as well as some static lifts, to build explosive and powerful strength without any added stress to the joints.
