Great job everyone on the Hero WOD's today. These are all tough workouts created to honor those who were lost protecting our freedom.

Friday Strength/Skill Work: Back Squat 5 x 3. Alternate with KB drills including Halos and Figure 8's.

    Snoop Bobby Bob! He was actually getting ready to do a box jump while holding the 4×4 on his back. Nice little warm up for him.
