"Solid Positioning for the Dumbbell Thruster"

Workout #4- 2011 CrossFit Games Sectionals. 20 minute AMRAP 5 Power Clean, 10 Toe to Bar, 15 Wall Ball. CrossFit Valley Park will host an open gym to try this workout this Friday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. We will also have another open gym period this Saturday from 10 a.m. until 12 noon. Anyone is welcome to come during these times.

Thursday Strength/Skill Work: Lateral Lunges 5 x 8 each leg. Alternate with Push Press/Jerk 5 x 3. During your skill work perform 3 sets of 3 Skin the Cat.
